Responsibilities include:
* Assist stakeholders on buy-side or sell-side transactions to plan and implement organizational changes throughout the deal cycle.
* Communicate effectively with clients and represent KPMG professionally.
* Design and manage small projects or complex workstreams with minimal supervision.
* Lead client workshops or meetings with oversight.
* Deliver high-quality client-ready outputs requiring minimal review.
* Contribute positively to project teams and address client needs.
* Develop solutions to complex problems and challenge senior colleagues and clients.
* Build detailed financial and business models, conducting scenario and sensitivity analyses.
* Adhere to the firm's risk management protocols.
Qualifications and Experience Needed:
* Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, or a top strategy consultancy or Big 4 firm.
* Previous project management experience in operations.
* Strong understanding of key value drivers in relevant industries.
* Experience leading project workstreams and managing small teams.
* Involvement in business development and thought leadership initiatives.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
