Sales Manager- Account Management Team 📍 Durham (Fully Onsite) 💰 £45,000 Basic + Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission paid monthly (6 Figure OTE) 🕒 Monday – Friday | 40 Hours Per Week I’m recruiting for a Sales Manager to join a fast growing B2B business based in Durham, leading a team of Account Managers responsible for managing and growing existing customer relationships. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys coaching, developing people and being heavily involved in the day-to-day performance of a sales team. The team focus on managing newly onboarded customers, retaining accounts at renewal stage, resigning contracts and maximising customer spend across the account base. It’s a role that sits right in the middle of leadership, commercial awareness and relationship management. You’ll be leading from the front, helping the team improve retention, increase revenue and create long-term customer partnerships.
