Assistant Site Manager - Residential
Location: Dagenham
Salary: Up to £50,000 + benefits package
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Residential Assistant Site Manager to for a well-established residential developer, also operating as a main contractor to manage the internal package system for a residential complex of 240 units based in Dagenham. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient handling, storage, and distribution of residents’ packages while supporting day-to-day site management activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the receipt, logging, storage, and distribution of packages for 240 residential units
* Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing parcels
* Communicate effectively with residents regarding package delivery and collection
* Liaise with couriers and delivery services to resolve any issues promptly
* Support site management team with general site operations and resident liaison
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations in package handling and storage areas
Requirements
* Previous experience in a residential site management or similar operational role preferred
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accuracy
* Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
* Basic IT skills for logging and tracking packages
