Communications Manager (12-month maternity cover)
Location: East of England, Suffolk (hybrid)
We’re delighted to be working with a well-established organisation in the East of England who are looking for a Communications Manager to join their team on a 12-month maternity cover.
This role is all about ensuring people feel connected, informed and motivated. You’ll lead internal communications across a number of channels, supporting a culture where teams feel truly engaged with the business and its mission.
We’re looking for someone who can start within four weeks.
What you’ll be doing:
* Developing and delivering effective internal communications strategies
* Writing engaging and accessible content for emails, newsletters, intranet and senior leadership updates
* Partnering with key stakeholders and senior leaders to shape communications that align with business priorities
* Planning and delivering internal events and engagement activities
* Measuring the impact of campaigns and continuously improving how messages are delivered
What we’re looking for:
* Around five years of experience in internal or corporate communications
* Strong writing skills and the ability to bring clarity to complex information
* A confident communicator who can work across different functions and build strong relationships
* Someone with a collaborative, proactive approach
* Experience in a fast-paced or change-led organisation is ideal
