Location: Burton
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (commensurate with experience)
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding group company. You will play a pivotal role influencing key business decisions by delivering financial reports and insights to the leadership team.
Duties include:
* Production of financial reports including month end support
* Provide financial insights and strategies to the leadership team
* Conduct cost analysis, ensuring costs are accurately reported
* Carry out data analysis and provide performance reports
* Assist with capital expenditure projects
* Assist with forecast and budget preparation
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications / Experience:
* CIMA / ACA / ACCA Qualified (or equivalent)
* Previous experience in a similar finance role
* Possess excellent Excel skills
* Be a confident communicator with the ability to challenge assumptions at varied levels
* Possess a positive attitude and strong commercial acumen
