Your Role As a Care Assistant in this supportive and peaceful environment, you will play a key role in enhancing the wellbeing and comfort of residents. You’ll assist with personal care, medication, and mealtimes, while encouraging participation in light, meaningful activities that provide reassurance and enjoyment.
