Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Product Strategy:
Conduct in-depth analysis of e-commerce market characteristics and consumer behavior across European countries. Design differentiated embedded finance product solutions, formulate development strategies and roadmaps for embedded finance products. Monitor market trends and competitor dynamics to identify new business opportunities and product innovation points.
Solution Design & Implementation:
Responsible for designing solutions for core financial services including payments, installments, consumer credit, and product insurance. Customize exclusive embedded finance solutions based on JOYBUY's requirements. Coordinate cross-departmental teams including technology, risk control, and operations to ensure efficient implementation and successful launch of solutions.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain and deepen strategic cooperative relationships with European partners. Regularly communicate with financial institutions, regulatory authorities and other departments regarding the latest policies and products. Collect local feedback and continuously optimize products and user service experience.
Risk Control & Compliance Management:
Familiar with European/UK financial regulatory policies, anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, and data security laws (such as GDPR). Integrate risk prevention mechanisms into solution design. Collaborate with risk control teams to establish financial risk identification and disposal systems to ensure secure and compliant transactions for sustainable development.
Data-Driven Optimization:
Establish relevant core data indicator systems (such as payment success rate, payment abandonment rate, settlement cycle, etc.). Conduct regular data analysis and review, propose product optimization suggestions and drive implementation to continuously improve payment experience and business efficiency.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Mathematics, Finance or related fields. European local resident/visa holder. English speaker with Chinese as a working language(Preferred). Willing to travel overseas. Overseas work experience is preferred.
2.Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with mastery of product methodology. Experience in financial departments of e-commerce platforms
3.Result-oriented mindset with ability to adapt to high-intensity and fast-paced work environment. Strong curiosity and capabilities in rapid learning and trial-and-error.
