We are part of The Stepstone Group, a global job-tech platform. Join our Sales team to help expand Caterer.com's market share by acquiring new clients and understanding their current and future hiring needs.
Responsibilities
* Generate, negotiate, and close new business opportunities with clients.
* Create compelling proposals that communicate our value and align with client strategy and requirements.
* Understand clients' current and future needs and tailor customized solutions.
* Monitor industry and market trends to offer insights and expertise to potential customers.
* Meet sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis through acquisition while growing and converting a pipeline of new business.
* Manage the full sales process from prospecting and outreach through to onboarding into the account management team.
Skills & Qualifications
* Proven B2B new business sales background.
* Strong objection handling and ability to deconstruct customer issues to propose actionable solutions.
* In-depth understanding of the B2B sales process from needs identification to closing.
* Ability to leverage and interpret sales statistics and ROI data from potential customers.
* Consistently exceeds targets in a goal-driven environment with a proven track record.
