Works Administrator Location: Eltham Salary: 25,000 per year Hours: Monday - Friday. 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm. As a Works, Administrator, you will take ownership of jobs from initial request through to invoice-ready completion. This includes logging, scheduling, materials ordering, communication, documentation and completion. Responsibilities of the Works Administrator: "Log and manage incoming jobs. "Schedule engineers based on skills, urgency and location. "Book access with residents and agents. "Order and track materials, raise purchase orders. "Maintain communication with engineers and clients. "Upload certificates, photos and documents. "Prepare job packs for invoicing. "Update WIP dashboards daily. "Run jobs from start to finish. Requirements of the Works Administrator: "Strong administration or scheduling experience. "Excellent communication skills. "Highly organised with strong attention to detail. "Ability to prioritise in a busy environment. "IT competent (Simpro training provided). "Proactive and accountable work style. "Experience in maintenance, FM or building services.
