This role will involve supporting an individual with a Learning Disabilities and Autism diagnosis that also has Mental Health needs, within a supported living environment in Rossendale. This is a hands-on role that requires patience, understanding, and experience working with adults with complex needs, including supporting service users with mental health conditions.
