As a Ward Manager, you will lead and manage a multidisciplinary ward team, ensure the smooth operation of the ward, oversee patient care to be personalised and compassionate, conduct staff meetings and provide training opportunities, manage staff rotas and resource allocation, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate records, and promote a culture of safety and effective communication within the team.

The ideal Ward Manager will have:
* Registered Nurse (RN) status with valid NMC registration
* At least 5 years of clinical experience, with 2 years in a leadership role
* Strong clinical skills and a surgical background
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Experience in managing budgets and resources
* A positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to business needs
