Robert Half is a highly experienced Senior Insight Analyst to play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insight that drives both strategic and operational decision-making.
This role sits at the intersection of analytics, finance, and business partnering. You will deliver high-impact insights, develop robust analytical models, and work closely with senior leaders to help the organisation understand performance, optimise profitability, and uncover opportunities for growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop high-value insights across key performance metrics with defined data domains
2. Build advanced analytical and financial models to support strategic decisions
3. Act as trusted insight partner to senior business and finance stakeholders
4. Work closely with Business Intelligence teams within a hub-and-spoke operating model
5. Partner with Data Governance teams to ensure finance data is well-managed, trusted and consistently understood
6. Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of data products and dashboards
7. Develop analytical solutions using tools such as SQL, Power BI, Databricks
Skills & Experience:
8. Strong SQL, Power BI and financial data modelling
9. Experience working with enterprise data models, semantic layers, or governned data domains
10. Proven experience partnering with senior finance and business stakeholders
11. Strong communications skills with the ability to influence decisions and shape financial narratives
