Jenson Fisher are delighted to be partnering with our long standing client in Dundee to recruit an Assistant Accountant on a permanent, full time basis. Reporting into the Finance Manager, the Assistant Accountant will play a key role in overseeing the daily transactional management whilst also supporting at both month and year end reporting.
You will have experience working in a busy finance team and have a strong understanding of transactional processes and procedures.
You will have experience using financial software and also be a strong user of Microsoft Excel.
Overseeing accounts payable and receivable for two divisions of the business.
Bank reconciliations.
Collation of time and attendance for payroll.
Ad-hoc financial analysis and project accounting.
Supporting at both month and year end with management accounts and statutory reporting.
