Applications are sought for a committed Research Fellow to work with Alexander Baldacchino’s team, conducting research for a funded project entitled Substance Use and Mental Health Intervention Using Digital Technology (SUMIT).
Primary duties will include:
* Project Management & Administration: Lead day-to-day project operations, manage study procedures to meet deadlines, organize and service core team and partner meetings.
* Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: Foster strong collaborative relationships and network with academic, NHS, and social care stakeholders across Fife, Scotland, Northern Ireland, & Ireland.
* Research & Data Operations: Support the design of data collection tools (surveys, topic guides) and the collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data across health and care sites.
* Dissemination & Compliance: Draft progress reports, present research via posters and presentations, and assist in writing manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals, ensuring strict compliance with university policies, data protection, and regulatory frameworks.
The post is available until the end of October 2028, starting 01/07/2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.
