A fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based in the Kingham area of Oxfordshire for a Sous Chef to work in the kitchen of their award-winning Fine Dining pub & Restaurant. This is a key role in the kitchen as you will support the Head Chef in preparing meals for lunch and dinner service. This is a fantastic Sous Chef opportunity with a great kitchen that has won awards and recognition for its food. The role is 48 hours a week and live-in accommodation can be provided.

The Role
* Working in the award-winning kitchen using fresh, local & seasonal produce to cook to multi AA rosette level
* Encouraging and managing Junior Chefs
* Preparing meals using fresh ingredients daily. All dishes made on site daily
* Kitchen Management duties - supporting Head & Sous Chef
The Person
* You will already be a Sous Chef or a strong CDP or Junior Sous Chef looking for promotion
* Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
* Experience working in fresh food kitchens, ideally to 2AA rosette level or higher
* Highly motivated and focused with a positive can-do attitude
