At Vertu Nissan Sheffield, we’re looking an Assistant Service Manager to join our team.
This role offers a basic salary of £40,000, with an OTE of £45,000, no weekend working and clear opportunities for career progression within one of the UK’s largest motor retailers.

About the role
In this position, you’ll support the Service Manager with the day-to-day running of the Service Department. This includes:
* Planning incoming work and coordinating team schedules
* Supporting an efficient and organised workflow across the workshop
* Assigning tasks to Technicians to help maximise productivity and meet deadlines
* Coaching and supporting team members to help them succeed in their roles
* Contributing to a positive, respectful and collaborative team environment
What we’re looking for
* Previous experience in a service or workshop environment
* Confidence supporting or leading a team
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
* A focus on delivering excellent customer service
* A full, valid UK driving licence
This role is well suited to someone with experience as a Workshop Controller, Senior Service Advisor or an experienced Service Advisor ready to take the next step, as well as those already working at Assistant Service Manager or Service Manager level who are looking for a new opportunity.
