Equans is looking for a Multiskilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Kingston upon Thames on a Permanent basis. This is a full time role. On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.
Working hours are Monday to Friday on a weekly rotating shift of the following times:
Early - 08:00- 16:30
Mid - 09:00- 17:30
Late - 10:30- 19:00
What will you deliver?
1. Deliver a wide range of planned & reactive maintenance works at the Kingston student living sites (Seething Wells, Kingston Hill)
2. Provide initial response to all Reactive Maintenance requests during normal working hours and Out of Hours as part of the On-call Out of Hours Rota
3. Quarterly shower head & hose cleaning in accordance with L8 requirements (full training will be provided)
4. Continuous monitoring and maintenance of mechanical systems, fittings and plantrooms
5. Weekly fire alarm testing on the student accommodation
6. Bi-annual Fire Door inspections (full training will be provided), ensuring necessary adjustments are completed / faults & damage recorded accurately

8. Attend to faults with domestic water supply & drainage systems / other plumbing works including but not limited to resolving blocked toilets & drains, changing taps, shower valves, etc

Who are we looking for?
20. Suitable trade discipline qualification (minimum NVQ level 2 or equivalent)
21. Working knowledge of ACOP L8 desirable
22. Ability to work to tight deadlines, under own initiative or through instruction
23. Computer literate with good organisational and administration acumen
24. Full UK driving licence
