Our client is in need of a Property Manager to manage the properties.
Job Description
Key responsibilities:
* Providing operational support to the Director, including managing in-house maintenance tasks and prioritising them, reviewing invoices, coordinating furniture deliveries, and handling office phone inquiries.
* Ensuring timely rent payments and informing the Director about any outstanding debts.
* Generating reports outlining lease expiration dates and upcoming rent reviews.
* Ensuring property compliance by organising contractors for gas safety checks, EICRs, etc.
* Coordinating repair and maintenance tasks for tenanted properties with contracted professionals.
* Supervising the inspection, maintenance, and regulatory compliance
* Prioritising professional excellence and emphasising health and safety within the team by promoting best practices, arranging relevant training, and ensuring certification.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate:
* Property Management experience
* Has a valid driving license with access to a car
* Knowledge of working within Property
