Client Manager
Location: Dorchester (Hybrid working available)
Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE)
We are a well-established, medium-sized accountancy practice based in Dorchester, with a strong reputation across the local area. Due to continued growth and an expanding client base, we are seeking an experienced Client Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing a portfolio of clients across a range of industries
* Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts, and tax returns
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing proactive advice and support
* Supporting clients with business planning, forecasting, and growth strategies
* Reviewing work prepared by junior staff and providing guidance and mentorship
* Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
* Identifying opportunities to add value and grow client relationships
About You
* ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
* A minimum of 2+ years’ experience within an accountancy practice is essential
* Proven experience within a general practice environment
* Strong technical knowledge across accounts and tax
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively
* Experience reviewing work and supporting junior team members
* Commercially aware with a proactive approach to client service
