Business Development Manager
Location: Halfiax
Salary: £35,000 – £55,000 OTE (plus uncapped commission, company vehicle & profit share)
About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and build strong client relationships within Fuel Services (or Drainage Services).
Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in both public and private sectors.
*
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline aligned with company growth objectives.
*
Develop and maintain strong client and contractor relationships.
*
Collaborate with project and estimating teams on tenders and quotations.
*
Support existing accounts to maximise growth and client satisfaction.
*
Report on pipeline activity, sales forecasts, and performance against KPIs.
The Ideal Business Development Manager
*
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within fuel, drainage, M&E, or industrial sectors.
*
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
*
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
