IBA Account Handler – 6 Month FTC

Comfortable managing your own ledger, chasing debt, allocating cash and producing MI?
I'm working with a well-known London Market business who are looking for an experienced IBA Account Handler to join on a 6-month FTC.
This is a solid opportunity to join a structured, well-run team with strong systems and clear processes.
What you'll be doing:
Managing a portfolio of IBA client accounts
Credit control & debt collection within agreed terms
Cash allocation & investigation of unmatched items
Processing payments (claims & return premiums)
Producing accurate MI on ledger performance
Sending statements & chasing outstanding queries
Monitoring client money payments
Working in line with FCA CASS 5 rules
Liaising with underwriters, brokers & internal teams
You'll need previous IBA experience and be comfortable working across ledgers with minimal supervision.
Websure knowledge would be a bonus.
