The roleYou will join an enthusiastic team working in modern teaching and research facilities. The role is full time and is based in Leicester, UK (a job share for these posts can be considered). You will be expected to make a full contribution to teaching at undergraduate level and will be involved in embedding prescribing skills in the new curriculum. You may also be asked to support post-graduate teaching in the Leicester School of Pharmacy.The Leicester School of Pharmacy has successful GPhC reaccreditation against the new initial education and training standards and invites applications from highly-motivated individuals to teach in pharmacy practice and provide academic leadership to drive this programme forward. Ideal Candidate You will be a pharmacist or pharmacy technician, registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) with extensive patient facing experience. Experience of teaching in Higher Education is desirable, although not essential. Clinical expertise in cardiovascular, respiratory or mental health is desirable.
