The Role:
* Providing comprehensive office support including telephone, email, social media, and general administration duties.
* Weekly payroll management; checking timesheets against vehicle trackers, entering data into the master spreadsheet, and liaising with accounts for processing payments.
* Generation and issuance of sub-contract orders.
* Processing and managing purchase orders for engineering materials, components, and services.
* Maintaining accurate purchasing records, supplier details, and procurement documentation.
* Liaising with suppliers to confirm order details, lead times, and pricing.
The Person:
* Experience with order processing and maintaining purchasing records.
