Umbrella Rate: £ (via a Hays approved umbrellapany).PAYE Basic Rate: £Hours: hours a week. Monday – Friday.Timings: 9:00 AM-5:30 PMJob description:3x customer engineers on-site in Derby to support the deployment clinic
1. Lay out the deployment area – includingputers, pens, paperwork, signs, etc. every morning and clean it up every evening.
2. Distributeputers to customers and ask for questions
3. Ensure that we have a log of whichputer went to which person (it may change if aputer fails before they leave)
4. Be prepared to answer questions regarding hardware, software, data transfer, or the process for moving to the newputer.
5. Provide basicputer assistance as much as they are able for the transition.
6. Track the days deployments
7. Wrap up at end of day – make sure all equipment is locked up, all asset information is captured, all old equipment is accounted for, etc.
