THE COMPANY
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quality Engineer to join this growing organisation, part of a larger Group that manufacture electronic components for a range of industries.
Responsibilities
* Conduct internal audits to ISO9001 and other relevant standards.
* Perform process mapping and problem resolution.
* Ensure the timely completion of 8D reports including the implementation of corrective actions.
* Act as the first escalation point for serious quality issues.
* Oversee a small team of quality inspectors.
Qualifications
* Engineering qualification (ideally).
* Ability to read engineering drawings.
* Experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
* Keen to develop a career within a progressive employer.
Benefits / Package
* Salary between £38,000 and £46,000 depending upon experience
* 33 days holiday
