Role Overview
De Warenne Academy is looking to appoint a PLC Manager to join our academy in June 2026 on a permanent basis. As the PLC Manager, you will co‑ordinate the personalised learning support to promote the learning and welfare of vulnerable students and you will manage the PLC centre for the academy/school.

Salary & Working Hours
Salary: Grade F Points 14‑19 (£29,540 – £32,061 Full Time Equivalent), subject to pro rata. The minimum actual pro rata salary per annum for this job starts at £25,520.47.
Hours: 37 hours per week / Term Time only plus 5 days (39 weeks per year).
