Personnel Solutions is looking for an organised and experienced Claims Administrator to join their team in Mansfield. This will be primarily to assist with the management of the end-to-end process of new and existing work by following the guidelines and procedures in place with clients and the business to achieve set KPI’s and SLA’s. Hours - Monday to Friday 8am-5pm £26,000pa Responsibilities - * Complete the initial set up of all new files, including electronic and manual records. * Set up and accurate recording of dates for new and existing job files * Produce daily work sheets and other documentation necessary for site visits. * Liaising with Technicians and other site staff to ensure the correct documentation is in place * Liaise with external providers where required to book relevant appointments * Professionally deal with the handling of customer and client enquires and requests * Assist with the deployment of staff to ensure that off site and on-site requirements are effectively resourced.
