Avon and Somerset Police are seeking a proactive and motivated individual to become part of our Site Facilities team. In this role, you will support Facilities Officers to ensure the safe, efficient and effective maintenance of our premises, grounds, vehicle fleet and equipment.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with day-to-day facilities operations, maintaining high standards across our sites, coordinating delivery and collection of goods and equipment between force locations and other destinations.
* Assisting with office moves, including removal and storage of furniture.
* Driving to and from force locations, occasionally outside the force area.
* Undertaking vehicle maintenance.
* Monitoring and responding to verbal and IT-based demand for services, operating and maintaining both electronic and manual record systems.
Qualifications & Experience
* Hold a full current driving licence; must be over 21 years of age.
* Ability to act on own initiative with minimum supervision.
* Previous experience in a similar environment.
Working Hours
Monday – Wednesday (08:00 – 15:30)

To be eligible to apply: 3 year checkable history in the UK – ideally resident in the UK for last 3 years.
