Description Join WTW as a Reconciliation Lead – Redhill Office We’re offering a fantastic opportunity to join our Outsourcing line of business at WTW as a Reconciliation Lead, based in our Redhill office. As part of the Reconciliation Team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all unit and cash reconciliation reporting is completed accurately and within agreed SLAs. You’ll oversee team deliverables, analyse financial transaction data from our Admin and Accounting systems, and ensure all data is reconciled and accounted for. You’ll also take action to resolve any queries or aged balances. The Role Key Responsibilities Operational Effectiveness Lead the day-to-day operations of the DC Reconciliation team Ensure accurate and timely completion of reconciliation reporting across multiple pension schemes Deliver KPIs in line with targets Collaborate with UK and offshore teams to monitor production and review reports Produce monthly management reports and highlight areas for improvement Support internal and external audit checks Manage resources effectively through business cycles Maintain and update training materials, process notes, and checklists People Management & Development Provide clear direction and guidance to the team Schedule resources to meet daily SLAs Set objectives and conduct performance reviews Facilitate team meetings and follow up on actions Delegate work fairly and review outputs for quality and compliance Support team members with complex queries Identify training needs and support development Proactively manage absenteeism and attrition Qualifications The Requirements Previous experience in bookkeeping, credit control, accounts payable, ideally with cash reconciliations Experience managing a small team Strong organisational and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT skills Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal A positive, enthusiastic approach to work At WTW, we believe difference makes us stronger.
