We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through both B2B and B2C sales channels, with a strong focus on business development and expanding our market presence within the UK. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the EdTech landscape, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.


Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within both the B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) markets.
* Manage and develop a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
* Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our online learning solutions.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals, achieving or exceeding sales targets.
* Maintain accurate sales records and track progress using our systems.
* Business Development:
* Identify and research new market segments and potential client groups within the EdTech sector.
* Develop and execute strategies for generating new leads and expanding our customer base.
* Network with industry professionals and attend relevant events to build relationships and promote our brand.
* Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with complementary organisations.
* Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor offerings.
* Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organisations.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on our online learning solutions.
* Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure client needs are met.
* Reporting and Analysis:
* Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Manager.
* Track and analyse sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.


Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the EdTech industry (minimum 3 years).
* Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Place of work: Hybrid (work from Sutton several times a month)
