Are you looking to join Renault Group to define, execute and deploy the Alpine Car brand's Marketing Communication, Digital strategy, and product communication to support the achievement of sales and revenue targets? This role ensures the achievement of familiarity and image targets with actions which are activated 360°.
You will also define, execute and deploy Alpine's Product and Price marketing strategy, to support achievement of the range's sales and financial performance. The role also requires a commercially astute individual who will define, steer, and optimizes sales and distribution actions, and lead the necessary tactical sales actions to achieve sales targets.
What will you be doing?
We are looking for someone who, in conjunction with our HQ marketing teams, will define and execute UK marketing communications and digital plans, implementing paid media campaigns, PPC, SEO and digital PR referrals, backlinks, and digital activity. Part of the role is the adaptation of central marketing assets for local campaigns, events, price documentation, website, and retailer POS. You will support all Alpine retailers to ensure brand aligned local marketing plans are in place and measured quarterly, plus manage the UK Marketing budget and reporting to central teams. A key part of the role is to manage Alpine’s public events in collaboration with operational departments and to steer the end-to-end commercial cycle: sales forecasts, supply and sales demand, invoicing and forecast, allocation distribution for the Alpine brand and by sales channel. A core responsibility is to define Alpine’s strategic approach across all marketing levers: price, product, advertising, Digital, SoMe, CRM, sales and to ensure balanced allocation of resources (network / direct sales) to optimize sales and financial performance. You will provide analyses enabling operational decisions to be taken on all models and all markets and will manage in-market product lifecycle competitiveness by leading the monthly and quarterly tactical offers action plans. This will include; monitoring and optimizing the use of budget to maximize sales and profitability; optimizing Alpine performance in sales channels in collaboration with our Network Development and Sales teams; supporting the sales team and Renault UK supply department to manage optimum stock levels and minimize aging stock; monitoring Alpine's cost of sales and propose actions to ensure compliance with target levels; participating in the development of the Alpine sales network, notably through the annual convention meeting.
Success will be measured via awareness and consideration metrics, attribution and approval scores for various advertising campaigns, lead generation, sales conversion, budget management, financial and business reviews.
Who are you?
The successful candidate will havea sound commercial background and experience in the automobile industry, ideally within the luxury or premium sectors, with a main focus on marketing and sales. You will have experience in field force management and in a fast growth environment. You are customer focussed, adaptable and agile minded with strong Influencer skills. You are a great communicator, comfortable in presenting to senior stakeholders, a creative thinker, and have excellent project management skills.
