Job Description
Our client is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with 5 to 8 years of proven experience in project environments, with a solid understanding of the full project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent business analysis skills, techniques, and methodologies.
Requirements include at least 5 years of experience working with HRIS, preferably Cornerstone HRIS, though other systems will be considered. The candidate should be confident in engaging with stakeholders, guiding them toward successful outcomes, and analyzing business structures, particularly the integration between Marketing, Finance, and Education sectors.
Key responsibilities include:
* Analyzing business structures and processes
* Identifying how technology is used within the business and aligning it with strategic goals
* Performing As-Is and To-Be process mapping
* Identifying issues through data modeling and process flow analysis
* Streamlining business processes
* Managing documentation effectively
* Communicating with senior stakeholders
* Aligning stakeholders around new technologies, strategies, and processes
* Conducting workshops and training sessions to ensure understanding and buy-in
Knowledge of the following areas is advantageous:
* Finance systems and integration, especially in education
* Marketing and admissions processes
* Management of enrolled children and pupils
* Educational technology and VLEs
The role is based in Milton Keynes with occasional travel. Salary depends on experience, estimated between £40K and £55K.
