What youll be: Keeping a close eye on cash flow and producing key reports Staying on top of the bookkeeping, ledgers(Sales & Purchase) and reconciliation Working confidently with our Payroll, Pension, Finance and Accounting partners Handling invoices, statements and credit control Ensuring we hit our deadlines on time, every time Were looking fo r: Strong Xero and spreadsheet skills Solid experience and qualification in finance, bookkeeping and administration for an SME A competent handle on VAT (reverse), CIS, PAYE, and forecasting Super organised, can-do, detail-driven, proactive and problem-solving attitude Someone who enjoys taking ownership and making processes run better as part of a small yet effective team Whats in it for you: Flexible or pert-time hours to suit circumstances A supportive, close-knit team environment The chance to have a real impact in a growing company This is more than just a numbers role its about making sure the whole operation flows.
