About the Role Affinity Water is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pension and Benefits Advisor to join our Payroll Team on a 24 month FTC on a part time basis(3 days per week). This hands-on role offers exposure to multiple pension schemes and benefit platforms, including Aviva, Hymans, Tap4Perks, and Salary Finance, and provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality pension and benefits administration while supporting employees and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Pensions * Deliver end-to-end pension administration for joiners, leavers, retirements, transfers, and life events. * Manage pension schedules and reconciliations for both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes. * Partner with HR, Payroll, Trustees, and external providers to ensure smooth and compliant operations. * Support annual pension activities, including statements, audits, revaluations, and trustee reporting. * Maintain accurate records, systems, and audit-ready documentation. * Support auto-enrolment cycles and the ongoing transition to Aviva.
