About the role
We are hiring a Sales Associate to provide outstanding service in our retail stores and help maintain our brand standards. The role requires a passion for customer service, strong product knowledge, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑moving environment.
Responsibilities
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
* First point of contact for authorising discounts and resolving customer queries.
* Represent the brand as an ambassador and demonstrate in‑depth product knowledge.
* Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
* Assist customers with outfit building and make further product recommendations.
* Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
* Drive store KPIs and suggest ways to improve performance.
* Maintain shop and stockroom presentation, organisation, and shop standards.
About You
* Previous experience in hospitality or retail.
* Effective communicator capable of building relationships with ease.
* Team player who recognises and celebrates the achievements of others.
* Adaptable to change, working quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
* Energetic and authentic, presenting a clear presence on the shop floor.
* Approach all issues with a ‘can‑do’ attitude, taking initiative to find in‑store solutions.
