* Facilities Helpdesk Administrator

Location – Motherwell, ML1 1RU

Hours – Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

This is a 6 month fixed term contract

We're currently looking to a recruit a Facilities Helpdesk Administrator; you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers and clients.

As part of this role, you will work within a support team environment and conduct a number of tasks to ensure the service delivery to the business is smooth and efficient. You will answer telephone calls handling from both internal / external customers, contractors, suppliers and other Apleona sections as well as recording work requests and updates on the company/client CAFM systems. In addition, you will raise purchase orders to contractors and various administration tasks as and when required.

As an Apleona Facilities Helpdesk Administrator, we're looking for:

* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience and ability to demonstrate excellent customer service including call taking
* Ability to use computers to a good level for word, excel and outlook
* Experience of using Navision would be desirable
* Knowledge of Purchase Ordering systems
