Contract Project Manager – Warehouse Automation East Midlands | Hybrid Outside IR35 | Duration 12 Months We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading warehouse automation business on a long-term contract basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of complex automation and conveyor projects, overseeing end-to-end implementation across design, build, and commissioning phases. Key Responsibilities * Lead the delivery of large-scale warehouse automation and conveyor projects from initiation to handover. * Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. * Coordinate internal engineering teams and external suppliers, ensuring seamless integration of automation systems. * Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates and managing risks/issues proactively. * Ensure all project activities align with quality, safety, and compliance standards. Experience Required: * Proven experience delivering complex automation or conveyor system projects within warehouse or intralogistics environments. * Strong track record managing multi-disciplinary teams in high-value capital equipment projects. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. * Available to commit to a 12–18 month contract.
