The Role
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or STEP-qualified professional to manage a varied and high-quality caseload.
Work will include:

Wills and estate planning
*
Probate and estate administration (essential)
*
Lasting Powers of Attorney
*
Inheritance Tax and lifetime planning
*
Trusts and complex estates
*
Court of Protection and deputyship matters
*
Elderly and vulnerable client work
You will also help build strong client relationships, raise the team’s local profile and contribute to the department’s continued growth. Mentoring junior colleagues is welcomed where appropriate.
About You
We are open to different career paths into Private Client law. You may be:
*
Solicitor (2–5 PQE)
*
Chartered Legal Executive
*
STEP/TEP qualified
*
Experienced Private Client fee earner with strong technical ability
You will need:
*
Proven experience managing your own Private Client caseload
*
Strong probate and estate administration experience (essential)
*
Excellent client care and communication skills
*
Empathy and professionalism with sensitive matters
*
A proactive, positive approach
