Do you have a strong track record in inside, remote, or phone-based sales and are ready to step up into a leadership role where you can inspire a team while still driving your own sales success?
We're working with a global leader in precision measurement and inspection solutions, whose cutting-edge technology helps customers across automotive, aerospace, medical, industrial equipment, additive manufacturing, and plastics industries deliver unmatched quality and productivity. Their portfolio includes coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), optical and multisensor systems, 3D scanning, X-ray & CT inspection, and metrology software truly the tools that make modern manufacturing tick.
They're now looking for a dynamic, ambitious Aftermarket Sales Team Leader to take charge of a small sales team, coach and inspire them, and still play an active role in driving customer sales.
What you'll do:
1. Lead, mentor, and support your Aftermarket Sales team to hit ambitious targets.
2. Personally manage key customer accounts, selling software, service contracts, retrofits, consumables, and other value-added services.
3. Oversee sales pipelines, CRM accuracy, and reporting.
4. Drive a customer-first, high-performance culture within your team.
5. Build lasting relationships and spot opportunities for repeat business.
What we're looking for:
6. Proven B2B, technical, or aftermarket sales experience.
7. Strong experience in inside sales/ remote sales ie phone, email etc
8. Experience in team leadership, coaching, or mentoring.
9. Confident in inside sales, customer calls, and account management.
10. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
11. Industrial or technical sector experience is a bonus, but not essential they'll teach you the products.
