Financial Planning Assistant
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for managing client relationships and administering client files alongside experienced Financial Planners. You will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge within the financial services sector.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and interact with product providers and internal teams to implement Financial Planning advice. You will work closely with Financial Planners to deliver exceptional client service, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
* Develop strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
* Administer client files, maintaining accurate records on back office systems (Intelliflo Office).
* Liaise with product providers and internal teams to implement Financial Planning advice.
* Work collaboratively with Financial Planners to achieve business objectives.
About This Role
We are seeking an experienced individual who possesses a client-focused approach, strong knowledge of financial planning software and regulatory requirements, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work well as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
* Proven experience within the financial services sector.
* Strong knowledge of financial planning software and regulatory requirements.
* Able to work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues and clients at all levels.
