We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Training Delivery Coordinator to join our team in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative or coordination experience who thrives in a hands-on, people-focused role.
You'll be the key onsite support for our training delivery in our Liverpool office, working closely with our Course Team Manager and a wider team of 10 who support regional training centres across the business.
This is a job share position, for 15 hours a week on Thursday and Friday between 08.00 - 16.30 (with 1 hour for lunch).
What you'll be doing
As the onsite “go-to” for training operations, you'll ensure the smooth running of our training programmes by:
1. Preparing training materials, coursework packs, and delegate resources
2. Greeting and registering delegates for onsite courses
3. Supporting occasional online course check-ins
