Our client, a top-10 global sovereign wealth fund, is seeking an experienced Human Capital professional to support recruitment and selection activities, with a particular focus on external hiring.
The role involves balancing the organization’s hiring needs with efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and a strong commitment to providing a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end external recruitment processes, ensuring high-quality and timely hires
* Build and maintain strong candidate networks through technology, social platforms, and partnerships with search firms
* Negotiate effectively with candidates, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes
* Partner with external search and staffing firms to deliver against workforce plans
* Apply assessment tools and techniques to ensure best-fit candidate selection
* Provide data-driven insights and market trends to improve recruitment processes
* Manage implementation of modern recruitment tools and systems to enhance efficiency
Requirements:
* 15+ years experience experience in Human Capital / Talent Acquisition, particularly external recruitment
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (HR designation preferred)
* Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
* Proven expertise in sourcing, workforce planning, and HR data analysis
* Experience in supporting nationalization or localization programs is an advantage
