Summary
This is a full time position and will involve an on call rota (approx 1 night every 11 days). The work is primarily commercial and within the Merseyside/Warrington areas. Plenty of overtime is available if required. The depot is based in Bootle. Please visit our website for further information regarding Metro Rod.
Responsibilities and Duties
* All works to be carried ensuring all that all the relevant health and safety aspects in relation to the work is covered
* All equipment to be clean, maintained and looked after to a high standard. This includes vehicles and jetters
* Smart in appearance and courteous to customers at all times
* Vehicle and jetter checks are conducted weekly
* Defective equipment to be reported immediately
* Be part of an "on call" rota for out of hours works
* Receive regular toolbox talks/staff memos and action as required
* Effective use of PDAs including adhering to customer budgets, photographs and any additional paperwork or procedures required for individual customers
* Ensure that all works required are uplift is available then it must be detailed on the PDA
* All areas to be checked and tested for any further issues to prevent any recalls
* Areas left clean and tidy, workplace and unit
* Office advised when works complete
* Effective communication to the customer of arrival time and job status.
* Whenever possible, distribute marketing literature to specified customers and feedback given to the office
* To carry out additional duties as required and deemed to be a necessity of the business
Qualifications and Skills
Ideally, associated cards for jetting, confined space, CSCS.
Have experience in CCTV Surveys.
