The Role You will have a wide range of duties, such as; Lead and manage forensic accounting engagements, coordinating internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. Define investigation scope, gather and analyse evidence, and contribute to case strategy and quantum/damages assessments. Produce clear, high-quality reports, including expert witness reports, advisory notes, and investigation findings. Oversee case management, including budgeting, resource planning, and use of relevant forensic and e-discovery tools. Support practice development through mentoring, compliance, innovation, and business development activities. The Person The ideal candidate will be: Qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA) with proven experience leading and supervising forensic accounting teams is preference. Open to different levels. Strong leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to delegate effectively, review work, and manage investigations. Excellent communication and client relationship skills, with experience in strategic planning and delivery. Adaptable and detail-oriented, capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on investigative work. Desirable extras include certifications (e.g. ACFE, Relativity), legal or insolvency knowledge, foreign languages, and tech skills (e.g. blockchain analytics).
