Administrator / Account Manager

Salary: £12.80 per hour
Our client is a national tyre recovery service and family‑run business that has been serving customers since 1989. They are looking for an Administrator to join their team and help grow their business. The role involves building strong partnerships, spotting opportunities for growth, and working as part of a team to deliver outstanding service.
What You’ll Be Doing as an Administrator
* Build strong, long‑term relationships with your portfolio of key accounts.
* Follow up with previous customers to bring them on board as part of the network.
* Make payments to suppliers.
* Send and chase invoices for B2B customers.
* Manage the company email inbox.
* Contact potential customers to invite them to join the network.
What We’re Looking for in the Account Manager / Administrator
* Experience in account management or sales.
* A genuine passion for helping customers succeed and grow.
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Organised and able to manage multiple accounts effectively.
* Experience as an Administrator.
