Cranbrook House is seeking a reliable and proactive Job Share Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents and contractors. This part-time role is essential for maintaining a positive and safe environment. Previous experience is preferable.

Key Responsibilities:

* Site Management: Conduct daily inspections, patrols, and minor maintenance tasks.
* Health & Safety: Manage tasks like fire alarm testing and updating health and safety records.
* Resident Liaison: Handle resident queries, manage parcel deliveries, and issue access fobs.
* Building Upkeep: Oversee waste management and ensure the property is clean and presentable.

Details:
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch break); Saturday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
Pay: £12.50 per hour, equating to a pro-rated salary of circa £25,000+ per year.
Benefits: 28 days of pro-rated holiday and an optional company pension scheme.
