About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and patient Learning Support Assistant (LSA) with one-to-one experience to provide daily support to children with ALN, as well as assist within the general classroom environment. This role operates during standard school hours, from 8:30am to 3:30pm.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver tailored support to children, both individually and in small groups
Maintain excellent classroom management to foster a positive learning environment
Demonstrate a nurturing and caring approach to meet the diverse needs of pupils
Candidate Requirements
Experience supporting children in one-to-one or group settings
Strong classroom management skills
A patient, empathetic, and approachable manner
