This is a hands-on role where you'll lead mobilisations and projects for new sites and services, guiding everything from precontract planning through go-live and into a stable, high-performing operation. You'll work closely with Account Directors, Account Managers, HR and subject-matter experts across Sodexo, making sure our promises become reality on time, on budget and to the standard our clients expect.You'll be right at the heart of change: supporting site teams, building trusted relationships with our teams and clients and rolling out service improvements and initiatives across the portfolio. The focus is on soft services predominately catering and cleaning and you'll be comfortable spending time on site and travelling frequently across the UK. If you thrive in fast moving environments, love bringing structure to complexity, and take pride in delivering great client experiences, we'd love to hear from you.What you'll do:Support the account directors to deliver and measure an annual operational project activity plan for all Sodexo schoolsDeployment of the above plan on time and within budgetReviewing the performance of all offers and activity and checking complianceLiaison with key stakeholders in developing and validating offersWork closely with the sales team to ensure all aspects of contract mobilisation are successfully delivered and within budgetTo support in pre-contract sales visits and presentationsIdentifying opportunities at school specific locations and the wider brand to drive innovation and product exposureUndertake regular site visits to review performance and engage with clientsCampaign development with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a consistent and creative themeOn-going liaison with the Food Platform and segment culinary team to understand what centrally generated offers and similar activity will be availableWhat you bring:Proven experience in managing large mobilisations and change management programmes preferably in an education environmentProven operational knowledge, skills and experience in managing multi-site/multi service operationsManagement of large and diverse teamsManage multiple workloads and shifting prioritiesAbility to interpret and utilise complex and varied financial and commercial informationExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients and employees at all levelsA proven ability to set one's own standards and operate to performance criteriaSelf-motivated and able to work on own initiative within a team environmentFlexible, agile, strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsWhat we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.
