These services are to be delivered against strict internal, legal, regulatory and customer requirements. A role you will love As a Billing Administrator, you will be Reporting to the Billing Team Leader, and you will ensure all client invoices are processed in an efficient and timely manner. The processing of client invoices involves liaising with the Client Relationship Managers and Service Delivery Staff, preparation and editing of complex invoices, clarifying issues, answering queries, and seeking authorisation on invoices. Liaising with key internal stakeholders is essential to the process running successfully and ensures that the business has visibility across client invoicing. Ad hoc reporting may be required to support the business with client and revenue planning. Key Responsibilities Collate and analyse complex billing information using in-house systems, technical mapping, Excel, reporting tools, and reconciliation processes. Liaise with Client Relationship Managers, Service Delivery teams, and other internal stakeholders to support client engagements, invoice preparation, and billing processing. Work closely with the Billing Team Leader to ensure key deliverables, including month-end close activities, are completed accurately and on time. Maintain and update internal systems to reflect new clients and changes to client fee schedules. Prepare and deliver monthly and ad-hoc management reports. Support internal and external annual audit reviews by providing required documentation and analysis. Attend and actively participate in monthly billing meetings. Contribute to billing-related projects and continuous process improvement initiatives. What will you bring to the role? Experience in the financial services industry. Previous experience in billing processes and fee management. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, lookups (e.g. VLOOKUP), and macros. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Proven ability to analyse, resolve, and troubleshoot unique and complex problems. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Flexibility to work extended or adjusted hours during month-end periods to meet strict deadlines.
