The ideal candidate will have:
* 2+ years' post-qualification experience in employment law in Ireland, Northenr Ireland or England & Wales.
* Experience working with clients in the financial services or regulated sectors (ideal but not essential)
* Strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills
* A team-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for building client relationships
